Language: Chakma (mother tongue), Rakhine, Burmese, English, Pali, Bengali and a limited listening ability for Hindi.
My Research Interests: Buddhist Psychology, Modern Psychology, Benefits of Mindfulness Meditation.
I am researching Buddhist psychology and meditation, especially, sympathetic joy meditation (Mudita). Tentatively, I believe that sympathetic joy is one of effective meditation technique to solve the root of unhappiness and it is a psychological therapy for joyful mind and individually happy life to society. During the research, I will illuminate the importance of sympathetic joy in our daily lives, drawing from significant insights in Buddhist psychology and meditation techniques.
